Implementation of Intergenia’s first fully automated dedicated server product. All steps from ordering a server to installation with various software selections can be performed handsfree. Later introducing similar technologies for virtual server hosting using SW-Soft’s Virtuozzo technology as well as a shared hosting product.

Introducing one of the first dedicated server products in germany and leading a fast growing team of support engineers and technical staff. Switching over to product development for implementing automated procedures and workflows for the server administration and provisioning as well as customer control panels.

Due to the immense growth of Intergenia, the company decided to train their own IT specialists. Therefore i was able to earn a certification to train commercial apprentices to become IT specialists (german job title “Fachinformatiker-Anwendungsentwicklung”). Personal qualification based on the german “Ausbildereignungsverordnung”. This Certificate is handed out by the german IHK after a successful exam.

Apprenticeship
My apprenticeship years gave me the opportunity to acquire a broad knowledge of electrical circuits in the scope of scientific applications. In a challenging environment that provided education and the opportunity to work on real projects I gained excellent experience and earned skills in analogue and digital electronics in a variety from logic circuits over self developed micro controller systems to the usage and construction of various computer systems. Development of microcontroller circuits, knowledge of digital and analogue circuits, soldering, PC hardware, different bus architectures, network technologies.
